PECULIAR STABBING CASE.

Walter Crawshaw, aged 23 years, a driver, residing in Palmer-street, South Melbourne, was admitted to the Melbourne Hospital yesterday, with a wound in the neck—evidently a stab. He was admitted on an order from Mr. J. Drew, M.B., of South Melbourne, to whom he had gone for treatment. He said that the injury which was in a bad condition for want of treatment, had been received on Easter Monday, but he would make no explanation as to how he came by it.
